Portland LEAP Table Top Exercise

We tested our energy assurance information at the Portland LEAP Table Top Exercise on November 9, 2011. We are extremely pleased with the discussion and the attendance of 88 committee members and non-committee members who participated in our exercise using our scenario of a Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake that impacts Portland at (M) 8.0. The exercise objectives primarily focused on the Oregon Department of Energy’s Fuel Allocation Program.
