Local-Level Energy Assurance Framework: 10 Steps to Build a Plan

DOE’s Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) has developed the Ten-Step Energy Assurance Planning Framework as a supplement to PTI’s Local Government Energy Assurance Guidelines.

The Framework is not intended to take the place of the PTI Guidelines; however, it should be used as a resource during your energy assurance planning process and help you begin to ask questions and form the partnerships necessary in developing an effective plan.
